Four hours gives a crew time to do the job right instead of racing through it. Here's exactly what you're getting, and we'll put it in writing before the visit.
- Who it's for
- Any business in our service area that hasn't paid us for a cleaning before. Offices, medical suites, shops, restaurants, gyms, schools, warehouses and managed properties all count.
- The crew
- One of our four regular crews, insured, bonded and background-checked. It's the same people our long-term clients see every week.
- The four hours
- Four hours of hands-on cleaning. We'll set priorities with you first, so the time lands where your business needs it.
- Supplies
- We show up with every product, cloth and machine. There's nothing for you to buy or store.
- Scheduling
- Early morning, daytime or evening, Monday through Friday, planned around your hours.
- After the visit
- You pay the $99, then decide. Want us back? We'll write up a scope and a price. If not, we won't keep calling.
It's a good fit for spaces up to about 5,000 square feet. In bigger buildings, we'll focus on one area you pick.
Desks and work areas
Desks, sills and ledges dusted and wiped, including the spots nobody's touched in weeks.
Restrooms
Toilets, sinks, mirrors and stall walls scrubbed, then disinfected along with the floor.
Kitchens and break rooms
Counters, sinks, tables and appliance fronts wiped down so the next coffee break starts clean.
Floors
Carpets get a full vacuum, and hard floors get swept and mopped with a cleaner that suits the finish.
Touch points
Door handles, light switches, railings and shared equipment get disinfected.
Trash
Every bin emptied and relined, with the bags taken out to your dumpster.

The fine print, kept short
Here's everything that applies to the $99 visit. If your space doesn't fit these terms, give us a call and we'll quote it the regular way.
- First-time commercial clients. If your business has never paid us for a cleaning, you qualify. Limit one per business address.
- Businesses only. Offices, medical suites, shops, restaurants, gyms, schools, warehouses, managed properties and the like. Homes don't qualify.
- Inside our routes. Camden and Burlington counties plus Philadelphia. Check the service area page for the full list of towns.
- Four hours of labor on the standard tasks listed on this page.
- Specialty jobs aren't included. We price these separately: construction dust cleanup, stripping and refinishing floors, deep carpet shampooing, outside or high windows, biohazard jobs and heavy kitchen grease.
- We bring the supplies. If your building needs a particular product or protocol, let us know when you book so we can confirm it.
- You pay after. The $99 is due when the crew finishes. There's no contract, no deposit and nothing recurring.
- Limited slots. We only open a handful of introductory visits each month, and they go first come, first served.
- No stacking. This offer can't be combined with any other discount.
- Our call on fit. If a property is outside what we can safely or practically clean, we'll say so before anything is booked.
